Packing

Our house is under contract!  I thought I would be able to get some packing done while it was still summer break.  The answer was no.  The boys would take toys out almost as fast as I would pack them.  But, Trenton was a big helper labeling his boxes "Toys" and the boxes were great entertainment those last few days!

Wagers/Schappelers Houseboat Weekend

We were excited that our family friends, The Schappelers could join us at the houseboat this weekend.  They could partake in all the activities and see first hand what they had heard about all these years!  We're also glad the weather cooperated and a cold front (mornings in the 60s...haha!) came in so we could stay out for the night and not bear the brutal heat.

 Of course the boys had to go gas up the ski boat.  They'll never miss an opportunity for a boat ride!

 Trenton was super excited to have his friend Erich at the lake with him this weekend.

 The boys enjoyed the water table as we set out to tie up for the night.

 It was a beautiful Sat......and we needed that after this rainy summer!

Lake boys!

 We started breakfast as a group together at the table, but.....

 Trenton want his breakfast in the sun after his morning swim.  Who could blame him?  The air was cooler but the water was very warm.

 The Daddies and big boys explore the coves on the jet skis.

 Snack time!  Isn't it always time to eat on the houseboat?

 Greyson (2 months), Erich almost 3, Bennett 1 yr, and Trenton 3 1/2.......what a crew!

 Phones always catch Bennett's attention.  The low phones throughout the houseboat are perhaps perfect toys for him.

Berry Patch Farms

I took the boys to pick blueberries this week.  It was fun, but they were over it 3/4 of a lb in.  I believe the most fun was on the tractor and playground.  We took our fresh blueberries home and made a tasty fruit salad for the weekend ahead at the lake.

 Trenton walked and B was in the backpack so that my hands were free to pick blueberries.  Pretty good arrangement. 

Pool Time

Great day for the pool with Granna!  Momma likes another helper now that Trenton doesn't wear the puddle jumper anymore.  He's a wonderful swimmer and took several jumps off the diving board like the big kids in the neighborhood.   However, it is still nice to have another set of hands with our toddling Bennett!

 We played with balls. 

 We fished. 

 We squirted water guns.

             

 We ate, napped and played back at the house later in the afternoon.
