The Art Barn

Trenton had the time of his life at the Art Barn with his friends Hudson, Mac, Zach and Andrew. From the instant he jumped out of the car, he was cock-a-doodle-dooing right along with the roosters. Somehow, he knew right away to mimic them. However, his coos were a long, extended coo, and it was the cutest thing for all us moms to see. The youngest, yet most vocal. Go figure!

Eagerly, we went inside the fence and the boys explored, brushed animals, went on a tractor ride, and created their own special piece of art. The barn offered the perfect amount of space to enjoy nature while not exhausting the mommies. Our day concluded with a picnic lunch. We're just country boys and girls getting down on the farm!

The roosters especially caught Trenton's attention with their cock-a-doodle-doo and unique appearance.

Trenton got to hold a chicken!

Zach, Andrew, Mac, Trenton and Hudson line up to brush the pony together.

Brushing the animals was a lot of fun for the kids.

The barn provides a great escape to create our artwork.

Trenton looks proud of his artwork. Can you tell Mommy helped a little? :)

The older boys thought this old truck was from Cars. They loved climb on it. Trenton tagged along since climbing is right up his alley.

The boys (Andrew, Zach, Mac, Trenton, and Hudson) gather for a group picture one more time after our picnic lunch.
