We found probably the coolest place for kids (and adults too!) in all of Georgia! Chickfila founder Truett Cathy has a ranch an hour south of Atlanta. It is full of countless activities for people of all ages to enjoy. It is only opened most Saturdays in the fall and select days in the summer. We journeyed there for Saturday in the gorgeous autumn weather. The 1200+ acres provided so much family fun activities that we weren't even able to do it all on our visit. From cane pole fishing and paddle boating to pony rides and a corn mazes, the ranch had it all. Slides of all sorts and numerous vehicles to ride on covered their grounds. It was every child's dream. The spread out ranch kept the crowds low and lines practically nonexistent. There was ample shade for Bennett as well. We can't wait to go back for a second trip to The Rock Ranch!
The tractor pulled cow train roamed the pastures.
Trenton had a great time on it!
Pony rides excited him! We did this a couple times because it was so much fun!
Howdy partner!
The inflatable slides are never passed up.
Daddy and Trenton did the peddle cars together.A train went through the property.
Bennett had a lot to look at and Trenton was having the time of his life going from one activity to the next.
Tiny town was full of imagination.
The fire house was one of his favorites to play in.
But he also enjoyed being a bank teller..............
a minister..............a teacher................you name it!
The potato sack tunnel slide was another favorite activity!
Daddy did it, too!
Even Mommy did the slide!
She was ready to do it again!
The huge pillow was neat to jump on.It was like a big trampoline!
The kids sure were fascinated by the motorized John Deer track.
They called it the Cow-a-dega Speedway. Trenton was thrilled to get to do this!
But, he needed a little help steering, as did most kids since it was for ages 5 and under.
We picnicked in the shades of huge oak trees.
Daddy makes a perfect pillow.
Bennett's fun is just watching all the activity.
and just chillin'.
Mommy relaxing with Bennett while Daddy takes Trenton to shoot the corn husk guns.
