Springtime at the Gardens

Tulips were definitely blooming as we hit the Botanical Gardens for day 2 of spring break.  Trenton enjoyed the children's activities and Bennett, like usual, enjoyed all the activity in general.  :)
Why are telephones a toy every child needs?  (Real or Toy ones do the trick around our house!)
Trenton planted marigold seeds in a bulb and then got to play with worms.
He also built a springtime card with flowers.
Bennett, Granna and Opa watched from the sidelines.
It is fun to see how much Trenton has grown each year that we go to the Gardens.  Now we can add Bennett to the mix since he's standing this trip.
Peter Rabbit's garden caught Trenton's curiosity.
We seldom pass these things up.  Bennett was able to join in the mix with the extra hands.
Bennett loves the stroll.....as long as that bee doesn't sting us!
After dressing as a bee (no relation to Buzz from Georgia Tech!) he decided he also wanted to test out the butterfly costume.
The various colored tulips were definitely a highlight this trip.
A mini picnic on the bench while Bennett ate.
Maps and Trenton go hand in hand.  He has to grab one where ever we go.
Happy boy!
