Day 20: The Boys Having Each Other

I am thankful for the boys having each other.  If you asked me when Trenton was a baby when I would want the second child, I would have said at least three years.  My brother and I are four years apart and that was good.  However, I was reminded that I am not in control.  The boys are 2 years, 4 months apart.  I could not imagine it any other way.  It was the best blessing in disguise.  Trenton and Bennett truly are the ideal distance in age.  They can play together now (and it's only going to get better.)  Bennett is right there learning from Trenton, and Trenton can teach Bennett as they grow.  I'm so grateful for these two little boys!
