Curious Bennett's 2nd Birthday

Bennett's birthday party is here and we're celebrating it Curious George style.  The boys absolutely loved this theme, and so did I!  I really love throwing the boys' their birthday parties!  It's fun to celebrate the occasion with their sweet, innocent souls.  They get excited about the little stuff.  Their smiles and laughs make it all worth the time, and I delight in their joy.  This year, I had a new helper by my side.  Trenton was my early riser this morning so helped me prepare the finishing touches.  It was something fun to do together because he was very excited for the party to finally be here.  He gets it and having patience until the actual day is slightly harder for him.  :)  All Bennett would say was, "gums, gums" when he saw the Curious George gummies out on the table but was a-ok waiting until the party for them.  Yellow and red were the colors and yard games were the activities.  It was a beautiful day and such a fabulous party to host for our family and friends.  Thank you everyone to took time out of their busy schedules to celebrate our baby boy turning 2.  You can never get back these precious moments, so we're beyond touched that you spent the morning with us!
Bennett is our little climber.  I also call him "monkey" then he laughs and recites, "monk" loving this nickname.
We set the food out on the dining room table.....bananas, strawberries, banana muffins, pigs n the blanket, gummies.
 Granna made delicious banana muffins.
Barb the Cake Lady did it once again with her fantastic cake.  It was delicious!
I loved the stickers I found from Birthday in a Box.  I used them for many things.
Entrance foyer.                                                     Man in the Yellow Hat tossing game.
Bennett's birthday banner.  Trenton loved helping me tape this.  He is obsessed with tape.  :)
The favor table.  Guest took Curious George books home with them from the party.
Guest could keep cool with a spray water bottle during the party (also a favor to take home.)
 The house as guests arrived.
Bennett on the trampoline and Trenton in the crawl tunnel.  (We took lots of our big, fun toys out of the basement and positioned them around the yard.)
Brady enjoying the ball and bounce house.                            Will having a snack.
Trenton sporting his angry birds hat from the balloon artists.  Benneet is all smiles inside the bounce house.
Will loves his sword.  Kellan can't figure out what he likes the best so he's sliding with his spray bottle and hat.
 Bennett and Jacob playing together.
Bubble wands kept many entertained at once.                    Rylan got a cool motorcycle hat.
The balloon artist doing this thing.  He was a perfect addition.  Kids would go to get a cool design in between playing.
Cake time!  The older boys, especially, gathered around.
Bennett was so serious during this.  He does not like being the center of attention in front of crowds.
Another cool balloon creation.                      Bennett jumping big with Brady.  He's showing him the way.
The boys show off their latest balloons.  Bennett with his monkey, Trenton with his macho man, Erich with his sword and laser gun.
Bennett took Curious George sliding.  It was adorable!  Daddy and the birthday boy.
Opa relaxing wtih Bennett and the macho man.
Playing a little after everyone had left the party......three deep on the slide.
