Backyard Tailgate

With kids, we seldom make it to Georgia or Alabama games anymore.  So, we decided to bring the tailgate to our backyard and had our neighborhood friends, The Warners over.  Trenton looks up to their kids, Kendall (7) and Maddox (4) and they are so sweet to him.  Dressed in game day attire, we enjoyed appetizers and being outside before kickoff. 

 Trenton was obsessed with the portable air pump and I couldn't get him to look up at the camera to save my life!  Poor Bennett was outnumbered in his Alabama onesie.

 From his coupe to a bike, Trenton likes to ride on toys.  Kendall helped him try to ride the bike.  It didn't last long.  He had no patience but it was cute. 

 They then turned it into a bumper cars game.  Hilarious!

Our house divided.  Kevin actually supports this Georgia stuff.  1.  We have the Hope scholarship and 2.  He happily reminded me that Trenton's black jersey was worn when Alabama rolled over us in Athens the last time we were at a game together.  Of course, I happened to find that Georgia jersey at TJ Maxx!   

The kids figured out how to climb the Tulip Magnolia out back.  They had the best time hanging like monkeys.
