Lightning Bugs

Twas the night before the hospital and all through the yard

Trenton was running near and far

In search of some bugs that come with a light

 Catching fireflies was such a delight!

Ok, enough of the poetry.  We had a fun evening of dropping Trenton off at Granna and Opa's and teaching Trenton how to catch lightning bugs for his cage.  We knew it was going to be an early morning the next day, so we didn't stay long.  We can't wait to catch more throughout the summer!

Trenton searches the sky for lightning bugs.

He runs through the woods with his own light hoping to spot one.

He got lots for his cage.

Granna helps him.
